Position                  : <\/strong>Product Owner<\/p>\n

Direct Report to     : <\/strong>Head of Unit<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage the product end-end lifecycle and release process, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting user acceptance testing, and ensuring that releases are on schedule.<\/li>\n
  • Work with development team to facilitate agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and ensure that the team is following best practices.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct research and gather requirements from customer and business team, market trends to define product features and functionalities.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare detail BRD and mockups, user stories, process flows, SLA, FAQ and product documentation.<\/li>\n
  • Manage backlogs, define and measure success matrix and identify areas for improvement<\/li>\n
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on product development and solicit feedback<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with the customers support team to address customer issues and feedbacks<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with UI\/UX designers to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing product designs<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • At least 2-3 years in product development in fintech, microfinance, finance or banking as product owner<\/li>\n
    • BA in computer science, information systems, Business or related field.<\/li>\n
    • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies is a must<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal (English) is a must<\/li>\n
    • Ability to prioritize effectively<\/li>\n
    • Strong background and knowledge of end-to-end product development processes.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality products.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in the use of analytic tools is preferable<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of user-centered design principles<\/li>\n
    • Simply being smart and energetic enough to learn relevant design and technical knowledge on the job.<\/li>\n
    • Able to adopt fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
