Position                  : Senior Associate

Direct Report to     : Head of Unit

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and needs, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement client success strategies to drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of client success initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Serve as the escalation point for client issues and concerns, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze client data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and measure the impact of client success initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations



  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the ability to navigate complex client relationships and situations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute client success strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from client data.
  • Enthusiasm for the fintech industry and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.


Working Conditions

  • Regular Work (Mon to Fri, (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Yangon Head Office
